A special book giveaway until June 11
For a limited time, authors offer their best works for you to enjoy for free!

There’s a quiet magic in the stories we carry, especially the ones shaped by where we’ve been, what we’ve survived, who we’ve loved, and what we’ve lost. Whether told through memoir or fiction, these stories deserve to live beyond us. And sometimes, they continue to haunt us in our present lives, stealing our happiness and our ability to be present.
That’s why I’m thrilled to be part of a beautiful group giveaway called “Stories That Live Within Us,” lovingly organized by Amy Crooks. They call it a group giveaway, but I would rather call it a “Group Shelf” because this isn’t just a place to promote our books. A special place where authors from all over the world gather and share their best work on the world wide web.
For me, it’s a shelf that showcases not just hard work but a soul’s masterpiece. It is written by people from all walks of life, people who’ve poured real life, real pain, real joy, and real imagination into their words.
That’s why some of these stories are raw and true. Others are fictional, but they remember something real, provoking something human we often forget. They are just as real as my grandfather, who never shared his life and his magical world with me or anyone in the family.
If you’re a reader who hungers for meaning in your pages or a fellow writer looking for inspiration, I hope you’ll take a few minutes to browse the giveaway. You might find a story that speaks directly to your own.
If you do, kindly let me know your thoughts and feelings in your reply.
By the way, my upcoming debut short story anthology, “Chasing Echoes: Velvet Shadows (Vol. 1),” features the story of my grandfather, to whom I owe this creative writing journey.
His story was inspirational and thought-provoking, yet, unfortunately, it would’ve remained untold and hidden from me and my family. At its worst, most of my nephews and nieces might have never heard about it.
Aside from that and three more of my first-ever short stories, I am proud to present some of the great stories on the shelf:
“The Anaconda’s Curse: A Short Story Prequel to Pizco,” by Jill Hedgecock
“The Lawyer’s Trial” by Eleanor Swift-Hook
“Dust Bowl Disappearances” by Axl Blaze
“Dreams in Conflict” by Elmer Fuller
“Destiny Awaiting: Prequel, The Naturae Series” by Jan Foster
And there’s so much more to hoard—I mean to read and enjoy with a cup of coffee while relishing the sunrise or mid-afternoons, especially in the growing heat of May until June. Hahaha! :P
Don’t miss it! This offer is limited until June 11, so make sure you get your hands on this wonderfully written literature. A rare find in today’s time.
That will be all for today. See you next time. Tschüß!
